Program Overview
You Hold Everything Together. Who's Holding Space for You?
You're the one who keeps the calendar, remembers the appointments, answers every text, and says yes when you mean no. Your phone is full, your house is full, your head is full, and the only time that feels like yours is the half hour before bed, spent scrolling.
You're not lazy, and you're not failing. You're running a life that was never designed around you.
This is a four-month, one-on-one virtual coaching program for women who are done with burnout and people-pleasing and ready to redesign how they spend their time, energy, and attention, with a coach in their corner every week.
How It Works
Book your free 40-minute consult on Zoom. We talk about where you are, where you want to go, and whether coaching is the right fit at this time. No pressure, no obligation.
Meet weekly for 50-minute one-on-one sessions on Healthie, from anywhere.
Take small, specific actions between sessions, with a quick mid-week check-in from me on Healthie to keep you on track. We review what worked each week.
What Changes for You
By the end of the program, you'll have:
• A quieter home, phone, and head, with your biggest distractions gone
• Clear goals tied to what actually matters to you
• Boundaries you can hold, and the words to say them, even with people you love
• A planning system built around your energy, not just your to-do list
• Morning and evening routines that work on your real schedule
• A plan for messy weeks, so one bad week doesn't send you back to square one
• Your own self-coaching playbook, so your progress keeps going
The Program, Month by Month
One 50-minute session a week for four months, plus an optional fifth Refuel month. Each month has one clear focus and builds on the last.
Month 1: Declutter & Downshift
By the end of this month: your space, phone, and mind feel quieter, and you know exactly what you're working toward.
1.Declutter and reduce your distractions: find what's draining your attention and clear the biggest offenders.
2.Downshift your nervous system: simple tools to get out of constant "go" mode.
3.Where are you on the Transtheoretical Model (TTM)? Find out how ready you are for each change, so your next steps are realistic.
4.Goal creation, your ideal life: describe the life you want and turn it into clear goals.
Month 2: Functional Foundations
By the end of this month: you know what matters most, why it matters, and how to protect it.
1. Wheel of Life: see which areas of your life are thriving and which need attention.
2. Finding your why: connect your goals to your values so motivation lasts past week one.
3. Building your boundaries: find where your time and energy leak and decide what limits you need.
4. Enforcing your boundaries: practice the words, handle the guilt, and hold the line.
Month 3: Steady & Ready
By the end of this month: you have a planning system that fits your life and a plan for the obstacles that usually derail you.
1.Time management: a weekly planning rhythm you'll actually use.
2. Energy management: match your tasks to your energy and protect your rest.
3. Systematize your life seasonally: plan ahead for busy seasons, holidays, and life shifts.
4. Optimize your life: keep what works, drop what doesn't.
Every session this month includes troubleshooting the real barriers in your way.
Month 4: Rocking & Rolling
By the end of this month: you're running your own routines and know how to recover when life gets wacky.
1.Your PM routine: an evening that sets up a calmer tomorrow.
2.Your AM routine: a morning that starts on your terms.
3.Your seasonal routine: a simple reset you can repeat every season.
4.Adjust and audit: your plan for messy weeks, so you bend instead of break.
Month 5 (Optional): Refuel
By the end of this month: you've fixed what slipped and you're ready to coach yourself.
1.Where are things getting sticky? Spot what's slipping before it slides.
2.Overcoming obstacles: a plan to remove or work around them.
3.Revisit your skills: sharpen the tools that work best for you.
4.Prep for self-coaching: leave with your personal playbook.
What We Can Focus On
The structure stays the same; the focus is yours. Clients usually bring one or more of these:
• Habits and routines: consistent daily, weekly, and seasonal rhythms
• Health: movement, rest, and the everyday behaviors behind how you want to feel
• Home organization: decluttering and systems that keep your space working for you
• Social media awareness: using The F.E.E.D. Method (Filter, Evaluate, Eliminate, Direct) to make scrolling intentional instead of automatic
Why Work with JoHanna
The wellness coaching industry is self-regulated, so anyone can call themselves a wellness coach. I chose a different path: formal training in how behavior change works, how the body handles stress, and how to coach people through both.
• Behavior change expertise: Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work, a Minor in Wellness Coaching, and ACE Behavioral Specialist certification. I know why habits stick or don't, and the program is built around that.
• Body and movement expertise: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and STOTT Pilates Instructor. I understand how stress, rest, and movement shape your energy.
• Lived experience: ten years as an endurance athlete, with many marathons and triathlons. I know what it takes to keep going when motivation runs out, and how to come back after a setback.
